Adrien graduated from Pasadena City College in 2008 (RDH). She is an Arcadia-native and now resides in Azusa with her husband and 3 beautiful daughters. Patients love her warm personality, candid advice, and gentle touch & skill as a hygienist. Adrien loves to read and is a fount of knowledge. She enjoys traveling but only if it involves food! And, she definitely has a green thumb, often growing delicious fruits; veggies in her garden that she generously shares with the team!
Lupe B.
Lupe is a seasoned RDA and has been in the dental field since 2011. She and her husband currently reside in nearby La Puente with their adorable son Henry. Lupe makes all our patients feel welcome, loves to swap stories, and is empathetic to the needs of others. Her special ability is reading Dr. Lee’s mind, often predicting his next steps during dental procedures. In her free time, she loves hiking the outdoors and of course spending time with her precious family.
Chelsea J.
Chelsea graduated from Loma Linda School of Dentistry in 2012 (BS, RDH). She is a Napa Valley SoCal transplant and now resides in nearby Covina. She is loved by many for her amiable personality, delicate touch, and compassionate care as a hygienist. She has many creative past-times and is multi-talented, often hosting floral; succulent workshops in nearby venues in the San Gabriel Valley and even designing her own jewelry!
Kolleen P.
Kolleen is an experienced and detail-oriented RDA, graduating from Citrus College in 2001. Extremely outgoing and bubbly, Kolleen makes our patients feel instantly welcome and is always respectful to their needs & concerns. She loves serving the community in the field of dental care and prides herself in maintaining a safe, organized, and hygienic environment for all our patients. Although an Arcadia-native (and actually once neighbors with Dr. Lee back in the day!), she and her husband now happily live in Upland with their beautiful son Aidan and two doggos.

Samuel Lee, DMD, FAGD
After graduating from UCLA with a B.S. in Biochemistry, he did research at UCLA in the field of salivary diagnostics (finding components in saliva that can help detect and treat cancer and oral diseases). He then attended the Western University of Health Sciences, College of Dental Medicine, and graduated with highest honors as valedictorian.
He received multiple local and national scholarship awards and was inducted into the OKU Dental Honor Society. Dr. Lee went on to obtain an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) postgraduate certificate at UCLA, a nationally renowned top residency program, strengthening his skills and knowledge in all aspects of dentistry.
Dr. Lee has been awarded Fellowship to the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a prestigious distinction given to only about 6% of general dentists in the US & Canada; this represents a fervent dedication to providing the highest quality of patient care by staying abreast the latest research, techniques, and best practices in dentistry. Dr. Lee was also awarded Fellowship to the International College of Dentists (FICD), an honor given to fewer than 3% of dentists in the US, and is awarded based on a demonstration of integrity, leadership, and service to others.
In his free time, Dr. Lee is passionate about cooking (and eating!) and loves to serve food to friends and family. He isn’t kidding either, check out ToothsomeBites for his delicious recipes. He loves when patients share their favorite recipes and restaurant recommendations. Some patients even drop off unique ingredients from overseas vacations for his cooking ventures!
He also enjoys drawing, painting, and spending time running, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors. As an active member of his local church, he serves on the Health Committee, which holds health fairs for the local community, and has also served many years as a youth counselor. One of his favorite volunteering ventures is with Healthy Athletes at the Special Olympics.
